DELALUZ Yoga has a traditional yoga room with a contemporary soul: Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga for children.

We have a shop with yoga clothes designed by us and produced in the Maresme and other sustainable artisanal products.

The classes are suitable for all levels of practice and beginners. The approach is very personalized for each student and we give options for all people, body types, level of practice and injuries.
